Michael Gordon received the highest honor of the Association of Trial Lawyer’s of America – New Jersey (ATLA-NJ), its ATLA Gold Medal. The honor came to Michael in recognition of his four year long efforts in securing a $38.5 Million settlement from Dupont on behalf of 428 Pompton Lakes resident and homeowners. This settlement represents one of the largest mass toxic tort settlements in the history of the state.

The DuPont Pompton Lakes matter which was settled for 38.5 million dollars is a classic example of where a plaintiffs environmental trial lawyer can effectively make the difference.
