A One Million Dollar Settlement plus an additional $240,000 for medical bills was obtained for an out-of-state client who was referred to Harrison J. Gordon for his expertise in Brain Injury Litigation. The plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle which lost control and crashed into a concrete bridge which caused John Doe to be ejected from the vehicle and thrown over 100 feet.  Mr. Doe sustained a severe closed head injury including skull fractures.   Mr. Doe remained in the hospital for over three weeks and then transferred to a rehabilitation hospital where he remained for over two months.  The settlement was achieved with the assistance of out of state counsel.
