- Harrison J. Gordon served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Ethics
Committee for four years culminating his service as Chair of the
District VC Essex Committee and is now available to represent attorneys
who have alleged ethical violations and/or charges against them. Mr.

New Jersey Work Environment Council (WEC) honored Michael Gordon at an
Awards Reception which took place on April 27, 2007. This reception and
award was for Michael's outstanding life long commitment to defending
the public health of residents of Newark's Ironbound section and the

- Harrison J. Gordon was an invited speaker at the Brain Injury
Association of New
Jersey’s Seminar entitled "Understanding New Jersey Law, " The
Peoples Bar Exam" at its 25th Annual Seminar on May 17, 2007. The
Seminar was held at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel and Conference Center
in Eatontown, New Jersey.
Mr. Gordon presented an interactive presentation where the
audience participated in a question and answer session providing them
with information on their legal rights and issues and other interesting
topics in New Jersey law. The presentation was very well received.
Attending this seminar were people with brain injuries, family members,
professionals working in the field of brain injury, medical doctors,
neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, neuropsychiatrists, rehabilitation
nurses, social workers and those in brain injuries.

Counsel for Environmental Litigation. The State of New Jersey,
through Governor James E. McGreevey and Attorney General, Peter C.
Harvey have hired Gordon & Gordon as Special Environmental Counsel to
pursue polluters who have damaged the environment and natural resources
of the State of New Jersey.

Association of New Jersey, Inc. is a statewide membership organization
dedicated to providing education, outreach, prevention, advocacy and

general public.

- Harrison J. Gordon, Senior Partner of the law firm of
Gordon &
Gordon, P.C., 80 Main Street, Springfield, New Jersey was an invited
speaker at the Brain Injury Association of New Jersey’s seminar entitled
“Brain Injury: Hope, Beliefs and Empowerment” at its 23rd Annual Seminar
on May 19, 2005. Mr. Gordon spoke on brain injuries and legal
issues. The Brain Injury Association of New Jersey, Inc., is a statewide
membership organization dedicated to providing education, outreach,
prevention, advocacy and support services to all persons affected by
brain injury and to the general public. Also speaking at this seminar
was the “Central Park Jogger, Trisha Meili”.
Harrison is a nationally known leading attorney in representing persons
with brain injuries for over 20 years. He has educated both attorneys
and the public by lecturing throughout the United States and he is a
member of the Board of Trustees of the Brain Injury Association of New
Jersey.
Mr. Gordon resides in Livingston, New Jersey and is the Senior Partner
of Gordon & Gordon, Attorneys at Law, founded in 1976, located at 80
Main Street, Springfield, New Jersey. Mr. Gordon is the Past President
of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America of New Jersey and was the
former Chairman of the Automobile and Premises Liability Section of the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America (National). He was involved in
many precedent setting cases including Pan Am 103, the Dupont Hotel
Plaza fire in Puerto Rico, the Seton Hall fire of 2000 and was chosen by
the Attorney General of New Jersey to be a member of the Tobacco
Litigation Team representing the State of New Jersey against the tobacco
industry which resulted in a precedent setting 7.6 billion dollar award
to the State of New Jersey.
Gordon has been featured in Who’s Who in America, is a member of the
Million Dollar Advocates Forum and practices in the fields of brain
injury, wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, and
prescription drug litigation. He is also a member of the Association of
Trial Lawyer’s Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group and has been
named to “The Ten Leaders of Personal Injury and Trial Law” of North
Jersey for 2003-2004 by Digital Press International.
