FIRE AND BURN CASESHarrison Gordon has been involved in many precedent setting cases including fire cases. He represented victims of the Seton Hall fire which occurred in January, 2000 as well as the victims of the Dupont Plaza Hotel fire in which over 1,000 people were injured and over 100 people were killed. He also represents burn victims from defective products.

Tobacco Litigation Law firm partners
Harrison and Michael Gordon, played a key role in the state of New
Jersey securing the largest settlement of any claim in New Jersey
history. The $7.6 billion will be paid by the tobacco industry to
help compensate the state of New Jersey for past Medicaid expenses
caused by tobacco-related illnesses. The lawsuit also achieved the
public health goals of eliminating the use of cartoon characters for
child targeting by the tobacco companies and limiting billboard
advertisements, sports advertisements, and merchandising of products
such as Joe Camel.
